Wonderfully engraved, large and detailed chart of the Duchy of Brabant. Includes the parts of the Netherlands and Belgium primarily between the Maas River and the North Sea. Extends to show the walled cities of Gueldre, Venlo, Ruremonde, Wyck, Lyege and Mamur. Much detail with depictions of topography and many villages, towns and cities named. The larger cities are each highlighted and shown with their fortifications outlined. Two cartouches, the title with depictions of Mercury and Athena, with angels.

Dark impression with original color. A few chips in blank margins with the top right corner missing to neatline and loss of &c. at end of title, which is outside neatline. Small area of ink smudge in map, as printed.
