A good reading copy of the first history of the state. 2 vols. 1st ed. 8vo.; xix, 289pp.; viii, 289pp. Folding map severely damaged with half missing. Original full calf.

Heavy wear on covers. Spine of volume I damaged, with loss of title, perhaps by insects. Ink and pencil marks on title pages. Contents with scattered foxing, and paper on Vol. 1 missing.
