These beautiful collotype illustrations are from a report by Dr. Jesse W. Fewkes, one of the first anthropologists to study the early Native American cultures of the American Southwest. These beautiful plates features the ancient pottery discovered in several ruins in Arizona. Accompanying the plates is a map showing the location of the ruins.
