Large copper engraved map from the observations of Guillaume Delisle. Includes portions of today's Ukraine, Moldavia and southern Russia. Good detail throughout including watershed, villages and cities, mountains. Locates the confluence of the Danube, the walled cities of Tekin (Bender), Ouzi Oczakow (Dziarcrimenda), Taman, Magazin, and numerous forts and villages.

Strongly engraved with good coloring on a thick sheet of hand laid paper. A few areas of light foxing, center top margin rough, else very good.
