Matching hemispheres with very fine engraved lines and great coloring. The Aleutians are labeled Alaska, California is New Albion, no sign of Antarctica save for three areas marked Islands of Ice. Good detail of Pacific Islands. Handsome matching pair of maps.

Beautiful color and impression on thick paper with wide margins. A little light offsetting, else very good to fine.
