Copper engraved plan and view of Newport depicting its fortifications and orderly layout of the city. Sailing ships line the docks on the river Haven. At top is a panoramic view of the city skyline showing churches and towers. The road to Brussels and Ostend is shown at lower left. Very graphic and strongly engraved.
