This delicately engraved map is filled with details of political boundaries, rivers, and towns. The large decorative title cartouche fills the bottom right corner. The map was engraved by E. Dussy and the cartouche by Arrivet. This is the first state.

Nine locations are identified in the view of Mons, including the Grand Palace and the collegiate church of Sainte-Waudru.
