Title page, Preface, Contents, 60 text pages, 36 maps, Index. Several maps are miss-bound as normally seen in this issue.

Maps very good to fine with full original hand coloring. Binding is worn and front board detached with title page attached. One text page with small chip at lower edge at margin.
