This small, but very handsome view is situated at the top of a full folio sheet (10 x 16") of descriptive text. It features carefully drawn houses, windmills and landscape. The fort overlooks several ships in the harbor. English text continues on verso. This is the headpiece for Book I and was likely engraved by Thomas Jeffreys.

Condition: B

The sheet has some chipping, worm-holing and numerous short separations along the edges, most repaired with archival tape on verso. There is some show through of text from each side.
