Deftly engraved lot of copper engraved Bible illustrations with captions in Dutch text. The pictures were drawn and engraved by the famous Dutch artist Romain de Hooghe, published by Jacob Lindenberg.

1) An illustration of Ezekiel 3-2, showing the chariot of the Lord and Ezekiel being given a scroll to eat with Ezekiel 37 and 40 illustrated below.
2) Two illustrations from the book of Ezra. 3) An illustration telling the story of Tobit and Sarah from the book of Tobias or Tobit, from the Apocrypha. Below is an illustration of Judith slaying Holofernes. (Judith 13-11)
4) Illustration from the book of Maccabee showing elephants and warfare. Maccabee is also an Apocryphal book.
5) Two illustrations from the book of Maccabee showing scenes of torture and war.
6) The Book of Isaiah with two illustrations.
7) The Book of Jeremiah-two scenes, one of war and the bottom illustrating many passages.
8) Illustrations from the books of Amos and Obadiah.
9) Two scenes from Habakuk; one showing a battle scene while the one below is showing prayer.
10) Dramatic scenes from the books of Malachi and Zacharias.
