Lovely little map of Cuba based on the 1577 map by Porcacchi. The island of Cuba, Jamaica and Hispaniola are shown with mountains and coastal place names. This map is decorated with a title cartouche and sea monsters, a turtle and a charming compass rose. Trimmed from a sheet of Latin text.

Attractive, small map with later color and some bleed-through on verso.
