A fine map of the districts of Bentheim and Steinfurt in Lower Saxony. Finely engraved to illustrate rivers, roads, mountains, forests, cities and towns. The title cartouche is ornamented with two coats of arms and the map is further embellished with a figure, a decorative key and six small heralds, three of which are blank. French text on verso.

Dark impression with full margins. Original color has been refreshed with slight color bleed on verso.
