A nice vellum leaf containing eight staves of five-line music. Written in a fine hand with black, red, blue and gold ink. Recto is decorated with 4 initials in black and gold, and verso is adorned with 2 initials in red and blue.

Hole in vellum mostly in right blank margin. This is a flaw in the vellum and not later damage.
